About the Online MBA
The online MBA is Mangalayatan University's flagship management programme for working professionals. The first year covers the core of business; in the second year you choose a specialisation in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources or Operations. If you need to stop after year 1, you can exit with a PG Diploma in Business Management, subject to university rules.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. You will also need a passport, Emirates ID and visa copy, your marksheets, and a passport photo. Indian nationals use Aadhaar for the ABC ID and DEB-ID; other nationalities can register with a national photo ID, which we confirm with the university first.

How exams and results work
Each semester combines continuous assessment (30%) with an online proctored end-semester exam (70%). Results appear on the university's Student Zone, and every grade sheet says "Mode of Delivery: Online".

It is a UGC-entitled online degree issued by Mangalayatan University. UAE private employers commonly accept attested degrees; MoHESR assesses online degrees for recognition case by case. Licensed professions such as health, engineering and law do not accept online degrees.
